Cancellation Policy

Cancellation In case of cancelation the deposit is partly refundable up until 4 weeks prior to the wedding or 4 weeks after your trial was done whichever comes first. * A £20 admin fee will be retained from your deposit, covering any previous online or phone consultations. * In the event of sudden illness of the stylist or any unforeseen circumstances, a suitable replacement will be offered or the balance and deposit will be returned in full.
