Here are Terms and Conditions which apply to all bookings and will be sent together with your quote. Please read these carefully before booking.
Guide Timings
Wedding Day Hair and Make-up, halved if only Hair or Make-up:
Bride: 2 hours
Bridesmaid/ Mom: 1-1.5 hours
Younger Bridesmaid: 30-45 min
Flower Girl: 15-20 min

Please be advised that amount of services depends on time availability and wedding ceremony start time.
Minimal booking to travel to a customer is Makeup and Hair.
Maximum services are 4 makeups and 4 hair or any combination of 8 different services per event.
Payment and Deposit
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit is received. Once received, relax knowing your stylist is booked and wedding date is secured.

The deposit will be deducted from the wedding day balance.

The trial payment is expected to be paid up to 24h prior to the trial day via bank transfer or by cash before the trial starts. Bank transfers not accepted on or after the trial is done, nor cheques.
If a second trial is required, the full trial rate is applied.

The wedding day balance is payable via bank transfer in advance or by cash in person prior to the service.

Payments failed or delayed within the time frames mentioned above may result in booking being lost with deposit and payments made for trials being retained.
Changes to bookings
Your quote is based on the booking size, the services required, timings and location stated in your original inquiry. Booking sizes can not be reduced once confirmed but may be increased later if timings on the day permit.

If your booking size is TBC, please book only for the minimum booking size and if needed increase it at a later date.

Please inform of any changes in your bookings as soon as possible.

Changes in location may result in further travel charges.
Cancellation
In case of cancelation the deposit is partly refundable up until 4 weeks prior to the wedding or 4 weeks after your trial was done whichever comes first.

A £20 admin fee will be retained, covering any previous online or phone consultations.
*
In the event of sudden illness of the stylist or any unforeseen circumstances, a suitable replacement will be offered or the balance and deposit will be returned in full.
Environmental, Health and Safety Concerns:
Smoking nearby while the stylist is working not permitted.
Any verbal or physical abuse will result in immediate termination of the service with any payments being paid so far - retained.
